Hereby I, Personal Data Subject, according to the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” give my consent of my own free will and in my interest to Gazprom hydrogen LLC, registered to : 15 Proyektiruyemy proezd №5537, bld. 15/1, Razvilka, Leninsky municip., Moscow region, 142717, Russian Federation (hereinafter — Operator) to process my personal data (surname, name, paternal name, contact information (address, telephone number, e-mail), documents number and details, and other information relating expressly or implicitly to my identity), which were shown while filling out the form on the website http://hydrogen.gazprom.com (hereinafter — Website) and which were sent through the Website to the Operator.

I give my consent to performing the following actions or cumulative actions with the all said personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), extraction, use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, deleting, destruction, transfer, including trans-border transfer, as well as performing any other operations with personal data according to the current legislation. Personal data processing may be performed either with the use of automation technologies or without (in case of non-automatic processing).

Under this Agreement personal data are transferred for the sole purpose of:

cooperation regarding participation of the Personal Data Subject in the Operator’s events, securing their presence during the events, supplying actual comprehensive information of the Operator’s services to the Personal Data Subject;
responding to your inquiry.

This Consent to processing personal data, provided while filling out the web-form with the use of the Website, is valid for 5 (five) years immediately upon completing the web-from on the Website.

The Consent may be revoked by the Personal Data Subject on the basis of a written notice to the Operator in any format sent to the e-mail or postal address stated on the Website.
